Edge casesShort months, adjusted the way the M-FVF does
- Under 20 hours, or under 60 minutes of observation: the month does not count.
- Under 5% supervised: independent hours are cut until it is met, restricted hours first.
- Group hours above individual hours: the extra group hours come off.
